1. Go to the website of the Korean Society for Dementia (http://www.thedementia.co.kr/),
click Sign Up at the top, and follow the instructions to complete the signup application.

2. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered as soon as the registration application is completed.
3. The Society will carefully review the applicant's application and notify you by e-mail again whether or not to accept the membership.
